Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns for exchange only within 15 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

• Returns are only accepted if there is an issue with the product such as a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or abnormal product separation.

• Products must be unused or gently used (no more than 20% used) and returned in original packaging.

• Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect ordering.

• We do not offer refunds—exchanges only.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Description of the issue

• Clear photo(s) of the product and packaging

• Date the order was received

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send detailed instructions for returning the product.
