1. Products and Services

All products sold by Just Natural by K LeNoir are made fresh to order and are intended for external use only. We do not make any medical claims regarding the performance or benefits of our products.

Due to the nature of our preservative-free formulas, please follow the storage instructions provided. We are not liable for product damage caused by improper storage or usage.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods offered through our site.

Because our products are made fresh, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

3. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are accepted for select products and bundles. The first pre-order shipment is scheduled to begin May 15th. Customers will be notified when their orders have shipped. Estimated ship dates are subject to change based on demand or supply availability.

4. Refunds & Returns

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, you may request an exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Returns will only be accepted if there is a verifiable issue with the product. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for simply changing your mind.

5. Subscription Terms

If you enroll in a subscription plan, you will receive products on a recurring basis with reduced shipping and discounted pricing. Subscriptions can be canceled or updated anytime through your customer portal.

All content on this website, including product names, descriptions, images, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Just Natural by K LeNoir and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Just Natural by K LeNoir is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or misuse of our products. We encourage all customers to read ingredient lists thoroughly and perform patch tests before full use.
